When I was pregnant with the girl I had very definite ideas about child-rearing. Cloth nappies, breast feeding, after weaning only hand made food (no jars) and absolutely no television. So, now she is in disposables, I won’t go into the whole feeding thing because that’s another story, and once a month she gets a magazine about her favourite tv programme. One of the worst things about this magazine is that it always comes with a free gift and, of course, my children were never going to have themed things or tv/film merchandising. Oh, how the mighty have fallen.
I cropped it partly because there was too much stuff in the kitchen and partly because I like the long thin look of the picture (p.s. – check out the slippers for more merch).

if it makes you feel any better we have it too! I am now sucessful though in teaching her how to blow it up and let it down herself after an hour or so of “you blow it up” being barked at me!

Yahoo, Sir Sprout is not the only kid utterly addicted to In The Night Garden!
Phew…
(Of COURSE he wasn’t going to have any branded merchandise either. The mighty have fallen in SEVERAL houses all over the world, I gather.)
Haven’t spotted the magazines yet though. Just as well.
