I had a brilliant idea today.  I’d take a picture of the left eye of each of us and as there are 4 of us altogether I’d make a little collage and it would look lovely. 

Ok, now back to the real world.  Factor in one wriggly 9 month old, one equally wriggly and stubbornly facing the other way when asked to face the camera 2.5 year old (neither of whom appreciated having a camera stuck right in their faces) and the fact that all 4 pictures were taken in different places so the lighting on each was different.  It didn’t look so great.  I have another plan – I’ll just take pictures of all of our faces while outside facing the same way and then crop it to get the eyes – it’ll look great, honest!

In the meantime, this is probably (and bizarrely, as it was the most difficult logistically to take) the best of the 4.
