How does your garden grow?
Surprisingly well at the moment. Remember all those seedlings I had in my little greenhouse? Well, they’ve grown.
These are the tomatoes:

The sweetcorn:

Some more tomatoes (left) and some strawberries (right):

And finally, the greenhouse is still home to a few bits and pieces:

Top row has courgettes at the back, leeks at the front. Bottom row is lettuce back left, cucumber and some more tomatoes back right. Front of house are lots of onions and the only 6 peppers that sprouted out of the whole packet that I planted. I had heard that peppers were tricky though so I’m not that surprised.
My heartfelt thanks go to Dan for the top advice regarding the bricks on the bottom shelf. Windy days hold no fear for me now and they’re a marvellous plinth for frutapura pots with onion sprouts in.
I think next year I might not plant the entire packet of every seed type I bought. I wasn’t expecting quite so many to sprout, never having done this before.

ooooh well done on all the growing! Looking forward to seeing photies of the finished products!
Ooh, very impressive. You will be drowning in tomatoes!
Well done, I must plant somemore things today, we dont have a greenhouse, although our neigbour got their new one delivered over the weekend 12 foot by 8 foot!!
You’re a star. I didn’t manage to plant any seeds this year, although luckily my lovely neighbour did, so we have something for the lottie. If you end up with two many of something, and if any of your plants need a big outdoors home, I’m happy to find a space for them in our plot.
I love these shots of your garden! I am so jealous. I’m horrible at gardening!
I’m jealous of your spring. My garden is hibernating at the moment and I don’t like it!
Looks good! Can’t wait to see when they get bigger.
