My two smalls have had a fabulously brief tummy bug. The girl was sick last night (two minutes after announcing that she was starving) and the boy this morning.
It was all very civilised. No vomiting between the hours of 7pm and 6am, and they both seem pretty much recovered this evening. Decisions will have to be made in the morning, but I’d say that unless one of them relapses they should be ok for school.
They have spent most of today in an electronic wonderland. Either watching television or playing games on the various portable devices we have. I was surprised that both of them were quite taken with Mahjong Solitaire and played it happily for quite a while.
I may struggle to claim back my iPad – the girl is really very attached to it already.
looking at girl’s rosy cheeks I’d say they had a temperature crisis, rather than a tummy bug, prob a nasty virus with snot about to arrive… enjoy!
